About Vex X3M 3
Vex X3M 3 blends the obstacle-course design of the Vex platformers with motorbike stunt racing. The stickman hero rides over hills, through pipes and past deadly traps, and a single bad lean is usually enough to send him flying.
This third entry brings in sand that can bog the bike down, electrified sections and terrain that behaves in unpredictable ways. Traffic signs along the route warn you about what is coming, so reading them saves plenty of restarts. Once you have the basics, hard mode and a race against a computer opponent push your reflexes further, and stronger bikes are waiting to be unlocked.
How to play Vex X3M 3
- Up or W - accelerate
- Down or S - brake
- Left/Right or A/D - tilt the bike
- Tap forward repeatedly to get out of sand
Playing Vex X3M 3 on a computer
Accelerate with Up or W, brake with Down or S, and tilt the bike either way with Left and Right, or with A and D. The ride starts via Play now and the PLAY screen. When sand slows you down, tap the forward key repeatedly instead of holding it to break free. Watch the traffic signs along each course, because they warn you about the traps ahead.
Playing Vex X3M 3 on a phone or tablet
Vex X3M 3 is a keyboard game. Riding over electrified sections and sand needs throttle, brake and lean keys pressed in quick combinations, and this build has no touch controls. It plays properly only with physical keys, such as a Chromebook or desktop keyboard. For phone play, Vex 9 and Vex Hyper Dash are both labeled "Desktop and mobile".
On a phone right now? Try Coreball, Bottle Jump 3D and Drift Boss - they are built for touch screens.
Tips and tricks
- Read the signs on the track; they warn you about hazards ahead.
- If the bike gets stuck in sand, tap the accelerator instead of holding it.
