About Amaze
Amaze hands you a maze full of uncolored paths and one job: leave no blank square behind. A stage is cleared only when the whole layout has been filled in, so a single missed corner means you are not done yet.
Early levels are short and forgiving, but later mazes add more branches and dead ends that call for real planning. The bright color schemes can also play tricks on your eyes, making it easy to overlook a gap. It works well as a quick brain teaser or as a longer session of steady puzzle solving.

Playing Amaze on a computer
Everything happens with the mouse. After Play now and the PLAY screen that the distributor adds, click inside the game and use the mouse to send the ball along the corridors. Each stretch it covers gets painted, and the stage clears only when no blank square remains. Think a few moves ahead in the later mazes, where a careless route can strand you near a dead end.
Playing Amaze on a phone or tablet
Amaze plays comfortably by touch. Tap to begin, then use your finger to move the ball along the paths, coloring each one as it goes. Hold the phone however you like; the maze stretches across the display, and the top-right X shuts Amaze when you are done painting. When a stage will not finish, check the edges for a single uncolored square.
Tips and tricks
- Look over the whole maze before your first move.
- Clear dead ends early so you are not forced to backtrack later.
- Scan the corners carefully, since bright colors can hide small gaps.
