About Colossatron
From Halfbrick, the studio behind Fruit Ninja, Colossatron casts you as the architect of a gigantic mechanical serpent tearing through cities. You do not steer the beast directly. Instead, you decide how it is built, dragging new modules onto its body as they appear.
Placement is where the puzzle comes in. Lining up pieces of the same color merges them into stronger weapons, and some combinations create entirely new kinds of firepower. With so many ways to arrange the body, every run can produce a different machine, and the strongest builds are what you need to bring down the bosses waiting along the way.
How to play Colossatron
- Drag - move new modules onto Colossatron's body
- Matching colors - attach same-colored pieces side by side to merge them
Playing Colossatron on a computer
Press Play now, click PLAY on the next screen and let any short ad finish. You never steer Colossatron itself. Instead, drag each new module with the mouse and drop it onto the serpent's body. Same-colored pieces placed side by side merge into stronger weapons, so build matching chains deliberately rather than attaching every piece the moment it appears.
Playing Colossatron on a phone or tablet
Colossatron is set up here for mouse dragging, and touch play on this build has not been confirmed, so it is not labeled for phones. Precise drops matter, since a module placed one slot off can break a color combo. Build your serpent on a computer or Chromebook, and choose a game with the "Desktop and mobile" label when you want something for a touchscreen.
On a phone right now? Try Amaze, Block Blast and They Are Coming - they are built for touch screens.
Tips and tricks
- Group matching colors together to create stronger weapons sooner.
- Think about where the next piece will fit before placing the current one.
- Chain merges to build up firepower before a boss fight.
